　　Since its establishment, Beijing Daily Use Chemical Plant No.2 has gone across the hard and toil of 45 years. Our enterprise has undertaken great change through the painstaking efforts made by our employees. Our plant grew from a small size furfural manufacturer to a large national backbone enterprise. We have built "Goldfish" and "Panda" two famous trademarks. With the international standard equipments and well-known brands, our enterprise boasts strong power and large potential for development.
Our success lies in the following factors

　　First, our success lies in our hardworking and innovation. We made proper adjustment to optimize the product structure and became one of the three largest synthesical detergent manufacturers of China in 1980s.
Second, our success lies in persistently promoting technology advancement and enhancing reasonable management. We have introduced the international advanced equipment and management experience, persistently researched and developed new-distinguished products with high quality. In 1994, our plant cooperated with P&G on washing powder producing line and gained remarkable profit.

　　Third, our decision on enterprise reconstruction and development are made base on our practical condition. In this way, we effectively avoid the major policy misplay so as to guarantee the enterprise's long-term stable development.
